We are a cozy cafe located in the bustling city of Beer-Sheva, seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more
- Ensure consistent quality of coffee by following recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly manner
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Restock supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume cafe or restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Fluent English speaking skills (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
