Excavator Operator

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Sheduva. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate and move materials at construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Dig trenches, level terrain, and move materials using excavators
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators or similar heavy machinery
- Valid Excavator Operator license/certification
- Ability to read and understand project plans
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva, Lithuania

Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English or have previous experience working with international teams.
