Industrial Painter

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various industrial structures and equipment. This role requires a high level of skill and experience in painting techniques and the ability to work with different types of paints and coatings. You will also need to have a strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations when working with potentially hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing dirt, rust, grease, and old paint
- Choose the appropriate type of paint or coating for each project
- Apply paint or coating using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure even coverage and proper adhesion of paint
- Follow safety procedures when handling paints and other materials
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to coordinate projects and meet deadlines
- Inspect finished work for quality control purposes

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Proven ability to use various painting techniques on different surfaces
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with paints and coatings
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
- Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding role, including standing for long periods, climbing ladders, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards under tight deadlines

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Pula, Croatia (open to all nationalities)

This job is suitable for men who have experience as an industrial painter. Biometric passport is required for this role. English proficiency is not mandatory but may be helpful in communicating with team members.
