As an Online Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide product information and assist clients in making informed decisions
- Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Applicants must be able to work legally within the country.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.
Accommodation:
