We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction or development projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent analytical skills, and enjoys working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps and reports
- Verify accuracy of existing survey data and make adjustments as necessary
- Communicate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects to ensure accurate survey results
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be fluent in Russian (knowledge of English is a plus)
