Barista - Seasonal Position (Izhevsk, Russia)



We are hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Barista for a seasonal position at our coffee shop in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain the cleanliness of the cafe, including equipment and utensils
- Stock supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Assist with food preparation and other tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
