We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a coffee shop or similar setting, be fluent in Malayalee or Filipino, and have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment. No English language skills are required for this position. Salary is 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee shop work area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Promote sales by suggesting add-ons or upselling products
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Fluent in Malayalee or Filipino
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
