Typesetter

We are searching for a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing team in Kaunas. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for setting type and arranging text and images into visually appealing layouts for books, magazines, and other printed materials.

Key responsibilities:
- Use specialized software to format text and images according to design specifications
- Communicate with editors and designers to ensure accuracy and quality of the final product
- Proofread and make necessary corrections to text before final printing
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and work efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors in text
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working with tight deadlines. This position does not require fluency in English, but basic understanding is preferred.
