Sales Representative


We are a fast-growing retail company in Siauliai and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This position is perfect for someone who is outgoing, persuasive, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products to potential customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or excesses
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
- Participate in marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and negotiate effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Lithuanian (fluency in Russian would be an asset)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Results-driven with a passion for sales
- Must have a valid biometric passport for foreign travel
