We are currently seeking experienced waiters and waitresses to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in the charming city of Utena, Lithuania. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure that all special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff
- Monitor tables to ensure that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with grace and professionalism
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, menus, and silverware
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service to our guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English language skills preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
