We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Handyman, your main responsibility will be to perform maintenance and repairs on various equipment, facilities, and structures. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, physically fit, and has a strong understanding of general repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or damages
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry work, and other general maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to equipment or facilities
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Purchase necessary materials and supplies for repair projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry work, etc.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
