We are a well-established manufacturing company in Mombasa, Kenya looking for an experienced Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce precision metal parts according to engineering specifications. This position requires someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce precision metal parts
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy of parts
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Turner in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in operating various machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport for verification purposes (preferably Pakistani or foreigner with valid work permit)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Open to both male and female candidates
