Caregiver for Elderly in Ufa, Russia

We are hiring a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide care for elderly individuals in Ufa, Russia. As a caregiver, your main responsibility will be to assist the elderly with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders. You will also be responsible for providing emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedule
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
- Accompany the elderly to appointments or outings
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's health or behavior
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the individual

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic caregiving duties and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with elderly individuals
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to adapt to different situations and handle emergencies calmly
- Must have valid biometric passport
- Fluency in English is not required but is a plus
- Indians preferred but all nationalities are welcome

Salary:
The salary for this position will be 1100$ per month. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
