Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your creativity and technical skills to develop unique designs. Your role will involve conducting site visits, creating detailed drawings and plans, and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors to ensure the project is executed smoothly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site visits to assess the existing conditions
- Create initial designs using 2D/3D software
- Develop detailed construction drawings based on approved designs
- Review materials, finishes, and fixtures selection with clients
- Communicate with engineers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure design plans comply with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress to ensure it aligns with the approved design
- Make necessary adjustments or revisions based on client feedback

Salary: $1600/month

City: Acre
