Data Analyst


A reputable company in Atlanta is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and make meaningful business recommendations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in statistics, proficiency in SQL and Excel, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods to identify patterns and trends
- Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain databases for future analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights
- Identify areas for process improvement based on data analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies related to data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- 1+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical software (R/Python)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Preferred:
- Experience working with large datasets and databases (SQL Server, Hadoop)
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Atlanta
This is a contract position open to candidates from Nepal who are fluent in English. Freshers are welcome to apply.
