Team Lead - Operations (Indians preferred)
Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to manage our operations team in Balzers. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks, and maintaining a high level of productivity. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in team management and operations to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure goals are being met
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and projects
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address them
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within established timelines
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Hindi or Tamil preferred
