Job Title: Construction Manager


We are currently hiring a qualified Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Multan. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients and upper management
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards and specifications
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Experience with project management software (e.g. Primavera P6)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This position is based in Multan.
