Junior Industrial Architect
City: Karachi, Pakistan


The Junior Industrial Architect will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of industrial facilities. This includes creating and revising architectural plans, conducting site visits, and communicating with clients to understand their needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial construction techniques and be able to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and revision of architectural plans for industrial facilities
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or changes
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to industrial architecture
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of industrial construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Previous experience working on industrial projects
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Pakistan

Salary:
Starting salary of 1700$ per month

Contract job:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Location:
This job is located in Karachi, Pakistan. However, remote work may be considered.
