Architectural Designer



We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Faroe-Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and produce detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed designs
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Stay current with industry trends, codes, regulations, and materials to incorporate into designs
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1400 per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Faroe Islander applicants.
