We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Acre. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and repairing concrete structures such as floors, walls, sidewalks, and driveways. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark designated areas for concrete placement
- Prepare surfaces for concrete by cleaning, leveling, and compacting
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using trowels or power tools
- Repair damaged concrete structures by patching or replacing sections
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods and materials used in concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
