Hotel Sales Manager for Indian Market in Herzliya
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the Indian market. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract Indian guests to our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients in India to promote our hotel
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and create targeted sales plans
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events related to the Indian travel industry
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless delivery of services for Indian guests
- Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve sales targets
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a part-time position without accommodation.
