Merchandising Coordinator

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the product development and production process for our company in Kaunas. Your main duty will be to ensure that our products are delivered on time, at the right cost, and in the correct quantities. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and our design team to monitor production schedules, review samples, and maintain quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking inventory levels and communicating with various departments to ensure product availability. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines
- Review product samples for quality control purposes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate with other departments regarding stock levels
- Work closely with the design team to develop new products and make improvements on existing ones
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to meet cost targets
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor products
- Attend trade shows or events as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in merchandising, business administration or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Kaunas (accommodation provided)
