Position: Surveyor
Location: Washington, USA
Salary: $1400 per month (can be negotiated based on experience)
Nationality preference: Filipino

We are currently hiring a Surveyor to join our team in Washington. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Record and analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements and regulations for land surveys
- Prepare cost estimates for surveying projects
- Train and supervise surveying assistants and technicians

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Surveyor in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or other mapping software
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
