Skilled Handyman


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Lahore. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various tasks and repairs around our facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment
- Install, repair, or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical switches, and light fixtures
- Repair or replace doors, windows, walls, and other structures
- Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
- Follow safety procedures at all times while completing tasks
- Communicate with management about any major repairs or issues that require professional assistance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a skilled Handyman or similar role
- Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and management
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary

Preferred:
While not required for the role, candidates with the following preferences may be given priority:
- Prior experience working in a similar industry or setting
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Familiarity with basic hand tools
