Interpreter - Spanish/English (Bergen, Norway)

We are currently seeking a skilled Interpreter fluent in Spanish and English to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between Spanish and English speakers in various settings such as meetings, conferences, and appointments. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Spanish and English speakers by interpreting verbal communication accurately and effectively
- Provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation depending on the setting
- Ensure confidentiality of all information shared during interpretation
- Familiarize yourself with industry-specific terminology to ensure accurate interpretation
- Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity at all times

Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as an Interpreter or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
