Senior Architect - Bergen, Norway

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects in the city of Bergen, Norway. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to create innovative and functional designs. Your role will also involve coordinating with contractors and other professionals to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to address any issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any concerns, and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role as an architect or project manager
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Norway
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions as well as collaboration with team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with standard working hours of 40 hours per week.
