Facade Technician

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building facades, ensuring they are safe and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect building facades for any damages or safety hazards
- Repair damaged areas using appropriate tools and materials
- Install new facade materials as needed
- Clean and maintain facades to ensure they remain visually appealing
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop plans for facade repairs or renovations
- Keep records of all work performed on building facades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of facade materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to facade work

Salary: $1500/month
Location: La-Condamine, Monaco
