Restaurant Manager


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing and supervising staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, and creating and implementing business strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling shifts, and managing customer inquiries
- Creating and implementing business strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Managing and training staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Developing relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing and quality of products
- Handling any customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback for improvement
- Collaborating with management to create marketing strategies to attract new customers

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with customers, employees, suppliers, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
- Must have legal authorization to work in Kuwait
