Cashier for Part-Time Position in Nizwa, Oman
We are hiring a part-time Cashier to join our team at a busy retail store in Nizwa, Oman. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized checkout area
- Answer any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves as needed
- Follow cash handling procedures and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier or in the retail industry preferred
- Strong math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: 1200$ monthly for part-time hours.
This job is suitable for Indian nationals who are legally allowed to work in Oman without sponsorship. English language proficiency is not required for this role.
