Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Lom, overseeing construction projects in the city. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing various construction projects from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for each project
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of all expenses and contracts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
