Job Title: Sales Manager - English Speaking (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lom. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Excellent communication skills in English language (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary: $1000 per month (part-time)

This position is open to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English. Part-time working hours are available for this role.
