Sales Manager - Lom, Egypt
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lom, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance for improvement
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to ensure coordinated efforts towards achieving company goals
- Train new sales representatives on company products, services, and selling techniques
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company's brand
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Ability to travel for business purposes as needed
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
Location:
This position is based in Lom, Egypt. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are eligible to work in Egypt.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required for this role as it involves communication with international clients. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
