Entry-Level Baker
We are seeking an entry-level baker to join our team in Lom. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to our recipes and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for baking who is looking to start their career in the culinary industry.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Knead, roll, cut, shape, and proof dough
- Bake breads, pastries, and desserts in ovens
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Must be Egyptian or Nepali national
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in baking or culinary education is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Salary: $900 per month
