Barista - Coffee Shop Staff in Albena, Bulgaria



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a coffee shop located in the beautiful city of Albena, Bulgaria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as other menu items. This is a part-time position, suitable for English-speaking candidates with flexible availability.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
- Assist with stocking products, including coffee beans, tea leaves, cups, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations on menu items

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques (e.g. French press, pour-over)
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work legally in Bulgaria without accommodation
