Barista - Full Time (Albena, Bulgaria)


We are currently hiring a friendly and experienced Barista to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our guests. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to brew coffee and prepare drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and friendly service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be fluent in English language
