Entry-Level Construction Project Coordinator


Our construction company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Acre, Egypt. As the Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Construction Manager to assist with the planning, organizing, and management of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the construction industry and develop their project coordination skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning and scheduling, ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Construction Manager
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Assist with budget management and cost tracking for projects
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any conflicts or challenges that may arise during construction
- Act as a liaison between all parties involved in the project to ensure smooth communication and coordination

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proactive problem solver
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with construction processes and terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
