IT Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are hiring an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring data security and backup procedures, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure use of technology
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance to identify issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate backup procedures and monitoring for potential threats or breaches
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in the industry and make recommendations for improvements or updates as needed
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for software/hardware purchases or services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management roles
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and data backup procedures
- Familiarity with current industry trends in information technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they arise
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus benefits including accommodation.
