As a Heritage Conservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and sites in the city of Herzliya. This is a contract job that requires an individual with a passion for preserving cultural heritage and a keen eye for details. You must be an Egyptian national with proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the history, architecture, and significance of historic buildings and sites in Herzliya.
- Develop preservation plans and strategies to ensure the long-term conservation of these structures.
- Oversee restoration projects and work closely with construction teams to ensure that heritage conservation standards are met.
- Evaluate the condition of existing structures and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or modifications.
- Collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and community members to promote awareness about heritage conservation and gain support for preservation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of all preservation projects, including documentation of any changes made to the original structure.
- Stay updated on current trends and techniques in heritage conservation to continuously improve preservation methods.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Preservation Architect.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
- Strong research skills with a deep understanding of architectural history and styles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
