We are a prestigious architecture firm based in Herzliya, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures while adhering to local regulations and guidelines. Your duties will include conducting site visits, analyzing building materials, creating restoration plans, and overseeing construction work.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of historic preservation principles and practices
- Experience with restoration techniques and materials
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

This position requires a candidate with a passion for preserving cultural heritage through architectural design. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and preservation authorities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
