Machine Learning Engineer - Sheduva, Lithuania

As a Machine Learning Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning algorithms and models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and use data-driven solutions to drive decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of machine learning techniques and experience in programming languages such as Python or R.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Research and implement new techniques and technologies in machine learning
- Design experiments to test the performance of models and make necessary improvements
- Communicate findings and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques
