Our company in Siauliai is seeking a skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This full-time position offers a salary of 1200$ per month and is open to all nationalities. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have previous experience in office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage office operations and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Manage office supplies inventory and ordering
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense reports
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
