QA Engineer - Washington, DC, USA (Egyptian/Filipino candidates preferred)

We are a rapidly growing tech company in Washington, DC seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with developers and other team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic/Tagalog is a plus)
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Create test plans and test cases based on product requirements
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs and ensure product quality
- Document bugs and work closely with developers to resolve them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product quality
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
