Senior Architect - Las Vegas, USA



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, safety, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using industry-standard software
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in line with plans and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Supervise a team of architects and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an architect with a proven track record of successful projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Las Vegas is preferred

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
