A prestigious architecture firm in Las Vegas is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of architectural experience and hold a degree in Architecture or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of projects from concept to completion
- Manage and supervise junior architects and interns
- Oversee construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Compensation:
