Computer Systems Analyst


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Akron. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our organization's computer systems and processes to improve efficiency, functionality, and overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, information technology, and systems analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with IT team to design and implement new systems or enhancements
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of new systems before implementation
- Train staff on the use of new systems or processes
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Identify potential security risks and implement solutions to mitigate them
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and find effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron (remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates)
