Teamlead - Operations Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to manage our operations in Akron. As the team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should have a background in operations management, preferably in a similar industry. This position offers a salary of $1200 per month, as well as accommodation and a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates. Students with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching or training when necessary
- Create schedules, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience in operations management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is preferred but not required
