Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Akron. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines based on specifications provided
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary repairs or adjustments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is preferred
- Previous experience as a machine operator is an asset but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
