Sales Representative
Location: Bungoma, Kenya


We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to customers in the region. You will be expected to build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
- Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the sales field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close deals
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Fluency in English is required
