Job Title: Restaurant Manager


As a Restaurant Manager at our establishment in Nakuru, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our restaurant. Your main objective will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience and that our business runs smoothly. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the food and beverage industry, has excellent leadership skills, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and mentor staff to provide high-quality service and maintain company standards
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure adequate supply levels are maintained
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to sanitation standards
- Analyze sales data and make adjustments to improve profitability

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant operation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
