Milling Machine Operator


Our company is seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Mombasa. We are looking for an individual with experience operating various types of milling machines and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform machine functions such as cutting, drilling, shaping, and finishing materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine machining operations.
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure production specifications are met.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues with machines as needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of tooling and tool maintenance.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
